Free shipping & delivery on all prizes delivered within Great Britain.
When a winner is drawn, they will own the prize offered in the competition once it has been delivered and we will make every effort to contact them until the prize is delivered. Delivery to all winners is free, within the UK. Your prizes will be dispatched using either an express courier or a priority postage service, ensuring safe and timely delivery. All shipments are sent via an insured, trackable service at no cost to you.
Charges for International Delivery:
If a prize needs to be delivered outside of the UK, additional fees may apply, and the winner must agree to these fees to receive the prize.
Proof of ID Requirement:
Winners must provide valid proof of identity before receiving their prize. This usually includes matching documents such as a passport or driving license and a recent utility bill or bank statement.
Use of Royal Mail:
Delivery is often handled by Royal Mail; the promoter cannot be held responsible for postal delays.
Storage for Unclaimed Prizes:
If a winner cannot accept delivery, prizes can be stored free of charge for up to 30 days. After this period, storage fees may be applied.
Responsibility After Delivery:
Once a prize is delivered, the promoter cannot be held responsible for the prize, including issues arising from delivery or ownership.
Delivery Timeframe:
Prizes will be processed within two business days after the closing date. For prizes valued over £500: We use an Express Courier for next-day delivery (Monday to Saturday) on in-stock items, ensuring a fully trackable and insured service. If an item is not in stock, delivery may take 14–21 business days, as each Tru-Diamonds™ jewellery piece is carefully crafted and hand-finished. For prizes valued under £500: These will be sent via Royal Mail trackable service, with delivery expected within 1-3 business days from dispatch, also fully trackable and insured.
Can I track my Prize?
Yes, you can track your order! Once your prize or order is confirmed and shipped, you’ll receive an email (or SMS) notification with a link to the carrier’s website. This link will allow you to track your shipment’s progress.
